Packages

Khet Advance

Large, multi-entity operators running several regions, crops, or legal entities under one roof.

Advance is for operators with more than one legal entity, or more than one region that has to roll up. Quality rules, contracts, grower management, and logistics automation sit on top of Standard.

In practice

Several companies, one season

Advance is Standard plus the controls you need when more than one entity, region, or grower pool has to close together.

  1. 01

Run each farm in its own books

Entities stay separate where the law needs them separate. Leadership can still see the group.

  2. 02

    Hold quality before something ships

Checks and documents sit on the lot. A failed check is visible to shipping.

  3. 03

    Manage growers and contracts

What you owe, what you bought, and the paperwork, on the same lots you received.

  4. 04

    Automate the repeat logistics

Status, paperwork, and the handoffs that used to be a person's whole job.

Details

What Advance adds

Multi-entity finance

Deeper books for groups that cannot live in one company file.

Quality and compliance

Rules and documents on the lot, exportable when an auditor asks.

Growers and contracts

Receiving, settlements, and the agreements behind them.

Logistics

More of the shipping path runs from status and rules, with less retyping between desks.

Questions

What people ask before they book

Should a single-site farm buy Advance?

Usually no. Standard covers one business with field and finance together. Advance earns its place when entities or grower programs multiply.

Can we begin on Standard and add Advance later?

Yes. The data model is the same. You add controls. You do not migrate the farm onto a different product.

How long does a rollout take?

It depends on entities, history, and how many desks change at once. We phase it. We do not flip every site on a Monday.
