01The product
Khet is a complete digital farm management system for Pakistani farmers. It helps you track crop seasons, canal and tubewell irrigation, worker attendance and pay, spray records, produce sales through agents and direct buyers, and your overall farm profit — all on your phone or computer.
Yes. Khet is built for all major Pakistani crops — mango, wheat, cotton, citrus, rice, sugarcane, vegetables, orchards, fodder, and more. Each crop has its own activity calendar, pest list, and harvest tracking built in.
Yes. Every subscription includes the full product — farm and locations, crops and orchards, irrigation, soil, fertilization, crop protection, weather, nursery, greenhouse, pasture, workforce, tasks, inventory, machinery, sales, contracts, finance, and analytics. No feature is gated. No upgrade is required to unlock a module.
Most farms are recording real work within an hour. Register your land, start the season you are already in, and log as you go. There is no IT team and no training course. See the How it works page for the three steps.
02On the farm
Yes. Register your canal name, watercourse, and turn schedule once. Khet sends you a WhatsApp message 24 hours before every turn so you can prepare your channels and outlets. It also records if your turn was short or the canal was closed.
Yes. Khet is designed first for mobile — any Android or iPhone. It also works offline in remote fields. Attendance, activities, and scouting records save on the phone and upload automatically when internet is available.
Yes. Khet handles the full arth consignment workflow. When your agent sends the sale account, you enter 4 numbers. Khet calculates your net amount and shows you which agent has given you the best price per grade over the season.
All your farms sit under one Khet account. Each farm keeps its own blocks, crops, workers, and books. You can look at one farm, or the combined picture, from the same login.
The farm owner, supervisors, and field workers can all be on the same account. Supervisors only see their crew and blocks. Workers log attendance, tasks, scouting, and harvest from a phone. There is no per-seat fee.
03Pricing & plans
Khet is PKR 4,500 per month for farms up to 5 acres. Pay yearly and save 10% — PKR 48,600 for the full year. This includes every feature, unlimited users, and full support. Larger farms are custom priced — use the quote form on the pricing page for an exact figure.
Farms up to 5 acres are PKR 4,500 per month. Above that, price is based on your total acreage across all farms combined. Fill in the quote form with your acreage and we will give you the monthly and annual price.
We do not have a self-serve trial. Submit a quote request and we will walk you through Khet using your own crops and farm situation as the example. Seeing it on your numbers is more useful than clicking around an empty account.
Yes. Pay yearly and get 10% off. For farms up to 5 acres that is PKR 48,600 for the year instead of PKR 54,000 monthly. Ask for an annual subscription when you request a quote.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time — no lock-in. Export your data as CSV or PDF before you leave. We would rather earn the renewal than lock you in.
04Records & getting started
Yes. Every expense you record and every payment you receive builds your farm's financial record. One click generates a clean PDF Profit & Loss statement that banks and agricultural lenders accept as supporting documentation.
Yes. Your farm data is private to your account. No one else can see your crops, costs, or financial records. Data is backed up daily and encrypted. You can export everything to Excel or PDF at any time.
No. A phone in the field and optionally a computer in the office is enough. WhatsApp is used for alerts such as warabandi turns, overdue tasks, and pest thresholds. You can add more later — you do not need sensors to start.
Khet is built for Pakistani farms, with English and Urdu as available languages. The field workflows are designed so supervisors and workers can record in a few taps, without a spreadsheet.
