When you start a new crop season, Khet generates a full activity calendar from planting to harvest — land prep, sowing, irrigation, weeding, top-dressing, harvest — all mapped to real calendar dates. Works for wheat, cotton, rice, sugarcane, vegetables, fodder, and orchards. Review it, adjust it, confirm it.
Every field activity recorded in seconds on a phone — who did it, which block, which date, how many hours, any inputs used. The complete history is always there, filterable by block, date, or activity type.
Every harvest gets a unique lot number. That lot number follows the produce through grading, into storage, and through to the buyer. If a buyer questions quality on a specific delivery, you can trace it back to the exact block, harvest date, and spray history.
Record grading in the shed or at an external packhouse. Grade names are yours to define — Premium / Export / Local / Reject, or whatever you use. Weight per grade, packout percentage, and quality parameters all recorded. Facility cost auto-posts to your accounts.
Khet forecasts your expected yield from historical data on the same block, adjusted for this season's rainfall compliance, irrigation compliance, and fertiliser program. Fruit count at fruit set stage improves the forecast further. Confidence rating shows how reliable the estimate is.
For mango, citrus, guava, and other permanent crops — track multiple picks per season, phenological stages (dormancy → flowering → fruit set → maturity), alternate bearing year status, and establishment costs from planting through to full production.
For tomato, potato, onion, chilli, okra, and other vegetables — plan successive plantings on the same block, track staggered harvest windows, and record multiple cuttings where the crop allows. Short-cycle calendars keep beds turning without gaps.
For berseem, lucerne, sorghum, and maize fodder — schedule each cut, record green yield per cutting, and track season totals against livestock demand. Know how much fodder you have coming before you need to buy in from outside.
Track tree lines, intercrops, and shared blocks without forcing them into a single crop season. Establishment costs, shade or windbreak status, and harvest from both the trees and the understorey stay on one record.

03Nursery
Batches, trays, and grafts stay on record until they move into a block. Losses, ready dates, and what was planted where are not left on a whiteboard in the shed.

For mango, citrus, and other trees — record rootstock, scion, graft date, and success. A failed graft is a cost, not a missing plant you only notice at planting.

Protected cropping needs tighter cycles than the open field. Khet treats each house and zone as land you can plan, irrigate, and harvest — without a separate system.

Pakistan's farmers use four very different irrigation systems — and Khet handles all of them with the specific fields each one needs. Canal farmers get WhatsApp alerts before every warabandi turn. Tubewell farmers track every rupee of pump cost.
For rainfed land, Khet tracks rainfall from your gauge or the weather station. Season cumulative rainfall is compared to historical averages and fed into the yield forecast — so if a rainfed block had poor rainfall this season, the forecast adjusts downward automatically.
07Soil & Water
Soil tests and water notes sit on the block, not in a file at the house. Salinity, pH, and moisture inform irrigation and fertiliser — and the yield forecast can see them.
Log pH, texture, organic matter, and lab reports against the field they came from. The next season plan starts from the last test, not a blank page.
Canal, tubewell, or stored water — record EC, notes on silt or salinity, and which blocks that source feeds. A salty well is flagged on the blocks it irrigates.
Missed irrigations, rainfall, and soil notes feed the same block history used in the yield forecast. Rainfed land is not treated as irrigated land that forgot to pump.
