The full product

Every tool your farm needs. Nothing you don't.

Twenty-four modules. One subscription — built for Pakistani farms, not adapted from generic software.

01Farm & Locations

One Account. Every Farm.
Every Block on the Map.

Register the land the way you already talk about it — farm, block, canal, and acreage. Locations stay attached to every season, task, and harvest so records never float free of the ground they came from.

01

Multiple farms, one login

Add every farm you run. Switch between them or read the combined picture. Each farm keeps its own blocks, workers, and books — without a second subscription.

02

Blocks with real names

Name fields the way the supervisor already does. Mark rainfed or irrigated, record acreage, and attach the irrigation system. Activity logs and harvests always know which block they belong to.

03

Farm locations

Pin sites, sheds, stores, and pump houses. When a task, spray, or dispatch is logged, the location is already there — no rewriting the same address.

04

Irrigation system per block

Canal, tubewell, drip, or pivot — set once on the block. Warabandi turns, pump hours, and missed-irrigation alerts follow that setting automatically.

05

People attached to land

Crews and supervisors can be limited to the farms and blocks they actually run. The owner still sees everything.

06

A farm file that travels

Identity, contacts, and notes sit with the farm record. When you export a P&L or spray diary, the farm on the document is the farm you named.

02Crops, Orchards, Vegetables & Fodder

Plan Every Season. Track Every Harvest.
Forecast What's Coming.

From field crops and orchards to vegetables and fodder — every planting, every activity, every cost, and every kilogram is on record. Khet forecasts your expected harvest weeks before it happens so you can line up buyers, storage, or livestock needs in advance.

  • 01

    Season Planning with Week-by-Week Calendar

When you start a new crop season, Khet generates a full activity calendar from planting to harvest — land prep, sowing, irrigation, weeding, top-dressing, harvest — all mapped to real calendar dates. Works for wheat, cotton, rice, sugarcane, vegetables, fodder, and orchards. Review it, adjust it, confirm it.

  • 02

Full Activity Log — Any Activity, Any Block

Every field activity recorded in seconds on a phone — who did it, which block, which date, how many hours, any inputs used. The complete history is always there, filterable by block, date, or activity type.

  • 03

    Harvest Recording with Lot Tracking

Every harvest gets a unique lot number. That lot number follows the produce through grading, into storage, and through to the buyer. If a buyer questions quality on a specific delivery, you can trace it back to the exact block, harvest date, and spray history.

  • 04

    On-Farm and Facility Grading

Record grading in the shed or at an external packhouse. Grade names are yours to define — Premium / Export / Local / Reject, or whatever you use. Weight per grade, packout percentage, and quality parameters all recorded. Facility cost auto-posts to your accounts.

  • 05

Production Forecast — Low, Mid, High Estimate

Khet forecasts your expected yield from historical data on the same block, adjusted for this season's rainfall compliance, irrigation compliance, and fertiliser program. Fruit count at fruit set stage improves the forecast further. Confidence rating shows how reliable the estimate is.

  • 06

Orchards — Multi-Pick, Phenology, Alternate Bearing

For mango, citrus, guava, and other permanent crops — track multiple picks per season, phenological stages (dormancy → flowering → fruit set → maturity), alternate bearing year status, and establishment costs from planting through to full production.

  • 07

Vegetables — Short Cycles, Staggered Plantings, Multi-Cut

For tomato, potato, onion, chilli, okra, and other vegetables — plan successive plantings on the same block, track staggered harvest windows, and record multiple cuttings where the crop allows. Short-cycle calendars keep beds turning without gaps.

  • 08

Fodder — Multi-Cut Yields for Livestock Feed

For berseem, lucerne, sorghum, and maize fodder — schedule each cut, record green yield per cutting, and track season totals against livestock demand. Know how much fodder you have coming before you need to buy in from outside.

  • 09

Agroforestry — Trees and Crops on the Same Land

Track tree lines, intercrops, and shared blocks without forcing them into a single crop season. Establishment costs, shade or windbreak status, and harvest from both the trees and the understorey stay on one record.

  • 10

Growth Stages — Phenology that Drives Work

Record the stage the crop is actually in — not only the calendar date. Flowering, fruit set, grain fill, and maturity can open pruning, thinning, spray, or harvest tasks so the board follows the plant, not a guess.

03Nursery

From Seed and Graft
to a Plant Ready for the Field.

Batches, trays, and grafts stay on record until they move into a block. Losses, ready dates, and what was planted where are not left on a whiteboard in the shed.

01

Seedling batches

Open a batch with variety, date, and quantity. Track what germinated, what failed, and what is still in the tray so field planting is not a guess.

02

Grafts and rootstock

For mango, citrus, and other trees — record rootstock, scion, graft date, and success. A failed graft is a cost, not a missing plant you only notice at planting.

03

Ready-to-plant windows

Khet shows which batches are ready this week. Link a batch to the block it goes into so the season plan and the nursery stay in step.

Transfer posts to the field season

04Greenhouse

Every House. Every Zone.
Every Pick.

Protected cropping needs tighter cycles than the open field. Khet treats each house and zone as land you can plan, irrigate, and harvest — without a separate system.

01

Houses and zones

Register structures and split them into zones. Successive plantings and mixed crops stay attached to the zone they actually occupy.

02

Climate and irrigation

Log temperature, shade, and irrigation events against the zone. Missed watering and heat stress sit on the same record as the crop.

03

Tight harvest cycles

Staggered beds and frequent picks use the same harvest and grading tools as the field — lot numbers included.

Same sales and finance as open-field crops

05Pasture

Grazing that Is Planned.
Rest that Is Recorded.

Pasture is not leftover land. Khet tracks paddocks, rest, and what the animals took off it — next to the fodder cuts you already grow.

01

Paddocks and rotations

Name paddocks, set graze and rest windows, and see which ones are due. A paddock that never rests shows up before the grass is gone.

02

Stock days on record

Log when animals went on and came off. Carrying pressure is a number you can look at, not a feeling at the gate.

03

Beside fodder cuts

Compare grazed pasture with berseem or sorghum cuts on the same farm. Buy-in decisions sit on both records, not two notebooks.

Works with the fodder module

06Irrigation Management

Every Drop Tracked.
Every Canal Turn Alerted.

Pakistan's farmers use four very different irrigation systems — and Khet handles all of them with the specific fields each one needs. Canal farmers get WhatsApp alerts before every warabandi turn. Tubewell farmers track every rupee of pump cost.

01
Canal Irrigation — Warabandi
For farmers who depend on government canal water and receive turns on a scheduled rotation system.
  • Register canal name, watercourse, and turn schedule once
  • WhatsApp alert sent 24 hours before every turn
  • Record actual turn: duration received, shortfall if canal delivered less
  • Shortfall marked as external (not penalised in yield forecast)
  • Upcoming turns calendar — next 4 weeks at a glance
  • Abiana (canal charge) recorded and posted to farm accounts
02
Tubewell — Electric & Diesel
For farmers with their own groundwater well and pump — full control over timing, with cost tracked per event.
  • Record pump hours, fuel consumption, energy cost per event
  • Volume estimated from flow rate × pump duration
  • Energy cost auto-posts to farm expense accounts
  • Missed irrigation alert if no event within schedule window
  • Season total: pump hours, volume, and energy cost
  • Linked to machinery module if pump is in asset register
03
Drip Irrigation
For orchards and high-value crops with installed drip systems — zone-by-zone scheduling with fertigation support.
  • Zone configuration: emitter rate, spacing, emitters per tree
  • Volume computed automatically from duration and flow rate
  • Multi-zone scheduling: run zones independently or sequentially
  • Fertigation records: EC/pH targets and nutrient dosing
  • Missed drip alert if frequency window passes
  • Season water use efficiency: m³ per tonne of yield
04
Centre Pivot
For large mechanised farms with pivot systems — speed and angle tracking with mm applied computation.
  • Pivot speed (% timer), start/stop angle, estimated run time
  • mm applied computed from speed and nozzle configuration
  • Area covered computed from arm length
  • Energy cost tracked per pass and posted to accounts
  • Season summary: total passes, total mm, total energy cost
  • Integrates with machinery module for pivot maintenance
Rainfed Blocks

For rainfed land, Khet tracks rainfall from your gauge or the weather station. Season cumulative rainfall is compared to historical averages and fed into the yield forecast — so if a rainfed block had poor rainfall this season, the forecast adjusts downward automatically.

07Soil & Water

What the Ground Holds.
What the Water Carries.

Soil tests and water notes sit on the block, not in a file at the house. Salinity, pH, and moisture inform irrigation and fertiliser — and the yield forecast can see them.

01

Soil tests on the block

Log pH, texture, organic matter, and lab reports against the field they came from. The next season plan starts from the last test, not a blank page.

02

Water source and quality

Canal, tubewell, or stored water — record EC, notes on silt or salinity, and which blocks that source feeds. A salty well is flagged on the blocks it irrigates.

03

Moisture and irrigation together

Missed irrigations, rainfall, and soil notes feed the same block history used in the yield forecast. Rainfed land is not treated as irrigated land that forgot to pump.

Tied to irrigation and weather

08Fertilization

The Programme You Planned.
The Bags You Actually Put Down.

Basal, top-dress, and fertigation are logged with product, rate, and block. Cost posts to accounts. The season plan can see what was applied — not what was supposed to be.

01

Nutrient plans per crop

Set a fertiliser programme when the season starts. Recommended dates sit on the calendar next to irrigation and weeding, and can become tasks when you confirm the plan.

02

Every application on record

Product, rate, method, operator, and block — logged from a phone. Bags in the store decrement when inventory is on. Nothing is retyped into accounts.

Auto-posts to farm finance
03

Fertigation on drip

EC/pH targets and dosing sit with the drip zone. A fertigation event is both an irrigation record and a nutrient record — not two entries that drift apart.

09Crop Protection & Pest Scouting

Scout Early. Spray Smart.
Harvest Safely.

Khet makes crop protection systematic — not reactive. Regular scouting records build a picture of pest pressure on each block. When a threshold is crossed, the spray decision is clear. The spray diary is always complete and always ready for inspection.

01

Scouting by Any User

Any team member can be assigned as a scout — field worker, supervisor, or agronomist. Scouting visits are scheduled per block with method and frequency. Observations recorded with count per plant, incidence %, severity score, and photos.

Works offline on any phone
02

Action Thresholds — You Set Them

Define Monitor, Caution, and Act thresholds for each pest on each crop — either by count per plant, % incidence, severity score, or trap catch per week. When Act level is crossed, WhatsApp alert fires immediately and a spray task is created.

60+ Pakistan pest defaults pre-loaded
03

Spray Planning with Pre-Spray Checks

Before confirming a spray, Khet runs automatic checks — fungicide interval, max applications this season, insecticide rotation warning, herbicide crop safety flag, and today's weather window. Warnings shown. Hard blocks stopped. Farmer decides.

Tank mix calculator included
04

Regulatory Spray Diary — Always Ready

Every confirmed spray is automatically logged with product, rate, area, operator, WHP days, and clearance date. Formatted as a professional PDF on demand — for buyer inspection, export certification, or bank audit. 7-year retention.

PDF export on demand
05

WHP Harvest Block — Automatic

Khet calculates the withholding period clearance date for every spray. While a block is in WHP exclusion, harvest entry is blocked — the system will not accept a harvest record for that block. No more accidental early harvest with chemical residue.

Clearance date shown on block status
06

Trap Monitoring

Register pheromone, sticky, fruit fly, delta, and light traps per block. Record weekly catch counts — any user can do this in 30 seconds. Catch trend chart shows whether pressure is rising or falling. Lure change reminders sent when due.

Mango hopper, fruit fly, bollworm traps
Pre-loaded Pakistan Pest Library

Mango hopper, mango stone weevil, citrus leafminer, CLCuV whitefly (cotton), wheat yellow rust, BPH (rice), Pyrilla (sugarcane) — plus diseases and weeds. 60+ entries for 7 major crops. Add your own custom pests on top.

Block Health Index

Every block gets a traffic light health score — green, amber, or red — based on last scouting severity, active threshold breaches, days since last scout, and WHP status. Dashboard shows the whole farm at a glance.

10Weather & Climate

The Sky Changes.
The Board Already Knows.

Forecasts, rainfall, frost, and heat are not a separate weather app. Alerts can open tasks. Rainfed yield forecasts move with the rain you actually received.

01

Forecast on the farm

See the days ahead next to the blocks you run. Supervisors do not have to leave Khet to check whether tomorrow is a spray window or a canal turn in the rain.

02

Rainfall that counts

Log gauge readings or pull the station. Season totals compare to history and feed rainfed forecasts — a dry month is visible before harvest, not after.

Used in yield forecast
03

Frost, heat, and wind alerts

When a threshold is crossed, Khet can create a protection task and notify the crew. Origin on the task shows it came from weather — not from someone remembering to write it down.

11Workforce & Pay

Attendance in 2 Minutes.
Pay Calculated Automatically.

Designed for supervisors managing 10 to 100 workers on a farm with limited internet. Bulk attendance marking works offline. Pay is calculated from attendance records automatically. No more pay disputes because everything is on record.

01

Bulk Attendance — Works Offline

Open your worker list, tap once per worker to mark present, absent, or half-day. Mark the whole team present in one tap and adjust exceptions individually. Works without internet — syncs automatically when you get signal.

Team of 30 marked in under 2 minutes
02

Automatic Pay Calculation

At end of pay period, Khet reads attendance records and calculates gross pay for every worker — daily rate × days worked. Cash advances are deducted automatically (max 50% of gross, protecting the worker). Net pay shown per worker.

Daily, piece rate, and hourly workers
03

PDF Pay Report for Cash Payments

One click generates a clean pay report — worker names, days worked, gross pay, advance deducted, net pay. Print it or share it. Use it to prepare your cash bundles. Disputes end because every figure is traceable to a daily attendance record.

PDF ready in seconds
04

Advance Management

Record cash advances given to workers. Balance shown per worker at all times. When pay is calculated, outstanding advances are deducted — maximum 50% of gross pay per period so the worker is never left without income. Remaining balance carries forward.

05

Crews and Supervisors

Group workers into crews, each with a named supervisor. Supervisors only see and manage their own crew. Farm manager sees all crews. Attendance can be marked per crew, per block, or for the whole farm together.

06

Labour Cost to Accounts — Automatic

When a pay run is finalised, the total labour cost is automatically posted to your farm finance records. No re-entry, no double-work. Labour cost is also tagged to blocks so crop profitability can include the real cost of farm workers.

12Produce & Sales

Every Kilo — From Your Field
to the Buyer's Hand.

Three selling channels. One system. Direct buyers, commission agents, and cold storage all handled with the simplest possible data entry. Khet shows you which agent consistently gets you the best price — so you can make a real decision next season.

01

Direct Buyer — Invoice to Payment

Create a sales order, dispatch produce with a delivery note, confirm the buyer's received weight, generate an invoice. When payment arrives, record it in seconds. Any weight dispute raises a formal record — invoice held until resolved.

PDF invoice and dispatch note
02

Agent Consignment (Arth / Biyan)

Send produce to your agent — no price agreed at dispatch. When the agent sends the sale account (on paper or WhatsApp), enter 4 numbers: quantity sold, price, total deductions, net received. Khet does the rest. Agent advances deducted automatically.

Which agent gets you best price?
03

Cold Storage — With Break-Even

Deposit produce into cold storage and track the daily cost as it accumulates. Khet calculates your break-even price per kg at any moment — how much must you sell for to cover storage costs? Make the withdrawal decision with real numbers, not guessing.

Break-even calculator always visible
04

Returns and Unsold Produce

Buyer rejected the load? Agent couldn't sell? Produce spoiled in storage? Each situation handled with a simple return record — condition assessed, action selected (re-sell, donate, write-off), loss value posted to accounts automatically.

05

Transit Weight Tracking

Record the weight dispatched and the weight the buyer confirms on delivery. If the two numbers differ beyond your tolerance, a dispute record is created and the invoice is held. Every discrepancy is documented — you always have the data to negotiate from.

06

Confirmed vs Provisional Revenue

Khet separates confirmed income (paid invoices, settled agent accounts) from provisional income (produce still with agent, unsettled consignments). Your P&L always shows you the honest picture — not just what might come in.

Auto-posts to Farm Finance

13Farm Contracts

What You Promised.
What You Delivered. What Is Due.

Buyer offtake, input supply, and land lease — written down once. Deliveries and payments attach to the contract so a dispute starts from the paper, not from memory.

01

Buyer and offtake contracts

Quantity, grade, window, and price terms on one record. Dispatches and invoices can be matched against what was contracted, not only against what went out yesterday.

02

Land lease and supply

Lease payments, input-on-credit, and seasonal supply agreements sit next to the farm they belong to. Upcoming amounts show on the same cash view as buyer receipts.

03

Delivered vs contracted

See remaining quantity and overdue payments without opening a folder. When the season ends, the contract is either closed or the gap is visible.

14Farm Finance

Every Rupee — Where It Came From.
Where It Went. What's Left.

No accounting knowledge needed. Khet records income and expenses as they happen — most automatically from other activities. The P&L dashboard is written in plain language any farm owner can read. One click exports a bank-ready statement.

01

Income and Expenses — Auto-Recorded

When you finalise a pay run, labour cost posts automatically. When a GRN is confirmed, input cost posts automatically. When an invoice is paid, income posts automatically. Most of your P&L builds itself as you work.

No double entry — ever
02

P&L Dashboard — Plain Language

Total income, total expenses, net profit — shown as large numbers with a traffic light (green profitable, red loss). Monthly bar chart. Expense breakdown showing where most money is going. No accounting jargon. No chart of accounts.

03

Crop Profitability — Which Crop Won?

After your first full season, Khet can tell you exactly what each crop cost and what it earned — per acre. Mango vs wheat vs cotton, irrigated vs rainfed. The answer that every farmer wants but almost none can calculate. Available in v1.5.

Gross margin per acre per crop
04

Loan Management — EMI Schedule

Add your agricultural loans — principal, interest rate, term. Khet calculates the EMI and generates your full repayment schedule. Upcoming repayments shown on dashboard. Arrears flagged. Outstanding balance always visible.

Bank-ready P&L PDF in one click
05

Export for Your Accountant

Every income and expense exportable as CSV or Excel — ready to hand to your accountant or import into any accounting software. The P&L PDF is formatted for bank loan applications — farms have secured agricultural credit using Khet records.

06

90-Day Cash Flow View

See expected incoming payments from buyers and upcoming loan repayment obligations week by week for the next 90 days. Know in advance whether you have enough cash coming in to cover what is going out. Available in v1.5.

15Operations, Tasks, Inventory & Machinery

One Board. Every Task.
Stores and Machines Included.

Tasks come from season plans, weather, scouting, and canal turns. Inventory and machinery sit beside that board — so a spray knows the store, and a pump knows its hours.

01

Season Plan Auto-Generation

When a crop season is confirmed, Khet generates a full week-by-week task plan from crop templates. Farm manager reviews, adjusts dates, and confirms. Tasks appear on the board only after confirmation — no unwanted clutter.

02

Auto-Triggered Tasks

Frost alert from weather module → frost protection task created. Act-level pest threshold → spray task created. Warabandi turn in 24 hours → channel preparation task created. Orchard growth stage recorded → linked pruning or thinning task created.

Origin badge shows where each task came from
03

Recurring Tasks

Set up daily, weekly, or monthly recurring tasks — water level checks, trap counts, equipment inspections. Next instance generates automatically when the previous one is done. No need to remember to recreate them each cycle.

04

SOPs and Checklists

Attach a checklist or a procedure document to any task type. Spray application → pre-spray checklist must be completed before task can close. Harvest → standard procedure document attached. Mandatory items cannot be skipped.

05

Start/End Time Tracking

Workers tap Start when they begin a task — logs the time. Tap Done when finished — logs completion. Duration calculated automatically. Planned hours vs actual hours compared over the season to identify bottlenecks.

06

3-Level Overdue Escalation

Task goes overdue → Day 1: assigned worker notified. Day 2: field supervisor notified. Day 3: farm manager notified. All overdue tasks visible to everyone on the farm. Count shown prominently on dashboard. Nothing hidden.

WhatsApp alerts at each level
01

Inventory — inputs on the shelf

Seed, fertiliser, chemical, fuel, and packing material with stock levels. A spray or fertiliser application can decrement the store. You see what is left before the next purchase, not after the bag is empty.

GRN cost posts to finance
02

Machinery — hours and upkeep

Register tractors, pumps, and implements. Log hours, fuel, and service. A pump in the asset register can link to tubewell irrigation events so energy cost and maintenance sit together.

03

Stores, fuel, and parts

Low-stock flags and a simple movement history. Nothing fancy — enough that a missing drum is a record, not an argument at the pump.

16Analytics & Benchmarking

12 Questions Every Farm Owner Asks.
Khet Answers All of Them.

After your first full season, Khet starts answering the questions that actually drive farm decisions. No data science degree required — each answer is a clear chart with a plain-language summary at the top.

01

Which crop made most money per acre?

All crops ranked by gross margin per acre. Income minus all direct costs. Shows rainfed vs irrigated side by side. The one number that should drive your next season's planting decisions.

02

Which block performed best — and why?

Every block compared by yield per acre, cost per acre, spray count, and scouting compliance. Bubble chart shows blocks by efficiency. Underperforming blocks identified with supporting data to investigate.

03

Where did produce go between harvest and sale?

Waterfall chart from gross harvest through grading loss, transit loss, returns, spoilage, to net sold. Shows the biggest loss category and what percentage of your gross harvest actually converted to income.

04

Which agent gets you the best price?

Agent comparison by average price per grade per crop, after deducting their full commission and charges. Shows the real net price — not just what they tell you they got. Seasonal trend per agent.

05

Can you service your debt?

Debt service ratio: monthly loan repayments as a percentage of your average monthly income. Green (manageable), amber (watch), red (at risk). Includes months to pay off each loan at current pace.

06

How does actual yield compare to what you planned?

Every crop season: budgeted yield vs actual yield. Variance percentage. Confidence level of next season's forecast improves as historical data accumulates. Know whether your planning assumptions are realistic.
